Order Deadline Policy

We have had several questions regarding the 72 hour lock out period. The lock out works as follows:

The 72 hour clock ends at 12:01 am, the day of the desired service. You will be locked out for 72 hours before this time. For example, if you wanted to order lunch for your child for Monday, October 1, the lock out period is 72 hours before Oct 1. This means that from Sept 28th forward, you will be unable to place an order for that day. Keep in mind that this applies at all times, including menu edits/changes,and "Speed Ordering"(where you can check "Everyday" at the top of the menu). If you look at the menu itself, you will see that you are unable to click on locked out dates. These dates are shaded on you specific lunch menu.

This policy is in effect to make sure your child receives the lunch you have ordered for him/her. Our prep work and food ordering begins several days before the actual lunch is served, and this will keep changes/errors to a minimum.
