Woven Paintings
Sixth grade students in Mr. De Mase’s art classes created two paintings woven together to form a single work. Students first designed two separate paintings using different designs and media. Contrasting colors and incongruent shapes and lines used in the works were woven together creating dynamic contrasts and visual interest. These contemporary style pieces are currently on display in the school and here in our online gallery.
