2007 Eisenhower Cup Champions |
Intramural hockey is the longest running intramural program at Eisenhower, having been a tradition for twenty four years. Winners proudly sign their name to the ever expanding Eisenhower Cup Trophy, that includes all the winners since the inception of the program in the 1982-83 school year. This years league included five teams and forty plus participants from the seventh and eighth grades. It is open to boys and girls, with each participant playing at least half a game. The play is designed to be spirited, yet not physical. A sixth grade intramural hockey league is also part of the program, but they must wait until seventh grade to compete for the rights to be part of Eisenhower Cup history. The 2006 Eisenhower Cup Champions, the Rangers, are seen here with the prestigious Eisenhower Cup while wearing their championship T-Shirts. |
