Factors needed for a hurricane

to develop

There are three primary actors needed for a hurricane to develop:
1. Warm Water - The water is from the ocean and the heat is from the sun.
2. Low Pressure - Hurricanes begin in low pressure areas. A lot of hurricanes are born by the coast of Africa.
3. Light Winds - Hurricanes need light winds to get the circular motion going.
