| There are three primary actors needed for a hurricane to develop: | ||||||||
| 1. Warm Water - The water is from the ocean and the heat is from the sun. | ||||||||
| 2. Low Pressure - Hurricanes begin in low pressure areas. A lot of hurricanes are born by the coast of Africa. | ||||||||
