VISIT OUR ACADEMIC SUPPORT PROGRAM
The goal of the Academic Support Program is to meet the academic needs of all our students on an ongoing basis.
Students in grades 1 through 5 needing support in reading, language arts, and math receive additional instruction through the Academic Support Program. Whether in the classroom or in a small group setting, the Reading and Math Specialists provide assistance and guidance for students to be successful in the classroom. The Academic Support Program works in tandem with the curriculum, yet focuses on students’ individual needs in skill and concept areas. Students are eligible for the program after a review of a variety of assessments and teacher and parent input. Participation is flexible, and students may enter and exit the program at any time during the school year.
