The Winter Registration Form is due back by no later than 3:00 PM on December 20th.
Please return the form, with a check payable to Lincoln School PTO, to the
After School Programs envelope located in the Office.

Classes cancelled by the school or program will be made up on the snowdate according to the schedule.  No refunds for absences from class.

You will receive email confirmation of your child’s registration with the location of the class.  Note that a minimum number of participants must be met- your check will be returned to you if a session does not run.
