SECTION 504
Wyckoff public schools comply with Section 504 of the Americans with
Disabilities Act. To be determined eligible for services
under Section 504, an evaluation by members of the 504 Committee to determine
whether the student manifests a physical or mental impairment which substantially
limits one or more major life activities such as caring for oneself,
performing manual tasks, walking, seeing, hearing, speaking, breathing,
learning, or working, must be conducted with parental consent.
