George Washington School is a partnership of parents and educators committed to a common cause, the education of its children. This commitment started over 100 years ago when the first educational institution in Wyckoff was built on the present George Washington School site.
There is a very active Parent/Teacher Organization which provides dollars to the school for special cultural programs, technological equipment and a variety of other instructional needs. Parent volunteers assist in the media center, special lunches, field trips, special classroom programs, holiday activities, Great Books, school store and so much more
